McAleer & Rushe propose to develop a nine – nineteen storey building comprising c.347 build-to-rent apartments over ground floor retail and a a semi-basement car park (c.84 spaces). A public exhibition of the proposal will take place on Wednesday 21st November, 1pm – 7pm at The Ramada Encore, Saint Anne’s Square. Further information can be obtained from Todd Architects.

McAleer & Rushe and Todd Architects previously submitted a planning application (Z/2015/0176/F) in January 2015 proposing a 12 storey hotel building comprising 250no. bedrooms. The application was recommended approval in June 2016. The proposal was a resubmission of a previous application (Z/2008/2396/F) approved in January 2010.

W.R.Morgan Enterprises and Johnston Stirling Tweedie & Neill Architects submitted a planning application (Z/2004/0227/F) in 2004 proposing to develop an office building at 21-27 Corporation Street. The application was approved in June 2004. It was a renewal of a previous permission (Z/1998/2816).
