Phase one of Pottinger's Quay, costing £20m, was unveiled by the Laganside Corporation in 2002. The first phase of apartments where completed in March 2007. Mossvale House is located closest to the Sirocco Quays site whilst Glenmore House is sited beside closest to the Albert Bridge. The second phase got underway in 2008 and was completed in September 2009. Phase II provided 27 units for social housing and in April 2011 a planning application was submitted to establish a child day care centre on the ground floor of the second phase building.
