The proposed development site lies to the north west of the junction of Maldon Street and Monarch Parade off Donegall Road bordering the Westlink. The site was occupied by a print works and associated manufacturing facilities.
Initial plans were submitted in January 2008 for 158 apartments however these were amended in January 2009 to reduce the number of residential units to 131. The proposal also includes basement parking (164 spaces) and associated landscaping. |
