Londonderry House is a dated 35,000sq ft office building located on Chichester Street near to the new Victoria Square development, which is to be demolished and replaced with a new ten storey office building.

Previous owners, Jermon Group had planned to refurbish the building however when Deramore took over the property in 2006 they submitted a planning application to replace the existing building with a new 10 storey office block (Z/2006/1669) (July 2006). In January 2007 approval was granted to replace Londonderry House, however to date nothing has happened (November 2010). The architects involved in designing the replacement for Londonderry House are Milligan Reside and Larkin.
