Killultagh Estates 
The Linenhall (previously "Linenhall Plaza") is a 9 storey office development with basement car parking located to the rear of the BBC’s Northern Ireland HQ’s.

Kiltultagh Estates acted as developers whilst CBRE where appointed letting agents, managing to attract India’s largest outsourcing company (ICICI One Source) as anchor tenant. As of April ‘07 only 1000 sq m of office space remains.
