The Lighthouse Building is attached to the right hand side of the Radisson SAS Hotel and is the headquarters for the Department for Social Development. The department moved into the 50,000 sq ft premises in summer 2004 following the announcement that Churchill House would be demolished to make way for the Victoria Square scheme.
