Jennymount Mill, York Road, Belfast
Original Building - 1891 Original Architect - John Lanyon (son of Charles Lanyon) Stanvale Properties converted the seven storey, red-brick, Lanyon designed building into offices in 2001 as part of the Jennymount Mill Business Park scheme. The £2.75m project received £671,000 from the Belfast Regeneration Office through the Urban Development Grant Aid program. The development received permission to demolish an L-shaped section of the mill which cut through the site, provided the seven storey Lanyon Building was refurbished. |
