Located on a 1.3 acre site in Clarendon Docks the development consists of two buildings; The Merchant Building and The Granary Building, seven and fourteen storeys respectively. The developers AWG in association with Eric Cairns confirmed the go ahead for the scheme in February 2007. The development will provide 135 apartments and ground floor retail units and office space. The development will also feature a raised landscaped central courtyard above the central car parking for residents. When the scheme first came to the planners the estimated cost was £23 million however it is now being reported as £30 million.
