The development site is located at land bound by 66a Great Victoria Street, 2 Little Victoria Street and 1 Holmes Street. The planning application submitted in April 2008 and approved in March 2010 proposes the demolition of the church on the present site which dates back to 1866. The plans involve constructing a church and ancillary halls to ground and first floor with offices on floors two to ten and basement parking [26 spaces]. Todd Architects have designed the £20m scheme for McAleer & Rushe who will develop and construct the scheme.
