The Gateway building comprises of two six storey and one five storey buildings providing 148,000sq ft of office space. It marks the entrance to the Titanic Quarter from Sydenham Road and is located on a 3.48 ha. site. 120,000 sq ft of office space is let to US bank Citi, with a further 30,000sq ft of space available.
Planning Process: An application for outline planning approval was submitted in October 2002 and approved in June 2005. Following this an application for approval of reserved matters was submitted in August 2005 and approved in April 2006.
