Acquired by Deramore Property Group in 2005 as a vacant property once home to Etam and Thorntons. The listed building was then gutted on the inside whilst retaining the listed façade. After completion of the renovation works in July 2007 New Look opened a 48,000sq ft flagship store on 2 November 2007 (4th largest in the UK at the time). The lease agreed in 2007 between New Look and the property owner was for £975,000 per annum.
