The development at 2 - 14 East Bridge Street involved the restoration of the original Victoria facade and the addition of new upper floors. The development now provides 19,000sq ft of office space on the upper three floors and 7,000sq ft of ground floor retail space. The development in the Market Quarter was backed by the same developers as the neighbouring Forsyth House (previously Haymarket House) and forms a part of the Forsyth Business Park.
