Land between Botanic Ave, Bradbury Place & Lower Crescent above the railway line
(Former cut and cover land for railway line to pass under Bradbury Place) The plot of land is located directly above the existing railway line which goes underground before Botanic Avenue where it continues underground through Bradbury Place. The land is the remains of cut and cover works to place the line underground and retain land above. Planning approved was provided in 2006 for the original plans, however in March 2009 an amended scheme with 92 apartments over four floors and retail and parking on the ground floor was advertised (Z/2007/0166/F).
