Eden House is an eight storey commercial building proposed for the Dublin Road in Belfast. Designed by Scott Wilson for Patton Construction the building received planning permission in March 2010 after numerous applications for the site. The approved application submitted in October 2008 proposes 20,540 sq ft of office and commerical space with two levels of basement parking [16 spaces] accessed from Ventry Lane. The letting agent began advertising the property soon after planning was granted in 2010. To date [Dec 2010] no construction has commenced on site and a surface car park is still in place.
