The development will be located on the site of an existing two storey building and surface level car park (0.29ha.). 177 apartments are planned along with an equal number of basement parking spaces. The ground floor is to provide a health and fitness suite, and the building will have a central communal garden area. Designed by Povall Worthington Architects this scheme is still at the early planning stages. The development proposes three blocks of 10, 13 and 16 storeys in height.. The planning application was submitted in December 2007 and approved in November 2009.
