The proposed development is a 15 storey residential building providing 183 apartments and basement parking. Gregory Architects have designed the scheme to be situated on a triangular site at the onslip to the M3 Motorway Bridge. Previous applications proposed 243 [June 2007] and 200 [August 2008] apartments however they were amended until the 183 figure was approved in January 2009. As of December 2010 no work has started on site and in November 2010 an application was submitted to create a 153 space surface car park on the site by Dalton Car Parks NI.
