The Central Services Agency Building is a refurbished 8 storey 1950's office block on Franklin Street. In 2002 Hall Black Douglas were appointed by the Health Estates Agency to extend the building to infill McCavana's Place (an abandoned street between the 1950's block and the adjacent Champion House). The work also involved the complete replacement of the external fabric of the building, together with the renewal of windows, services and the interior.
