Causeway Tower located at 9 James Street South is a 12 storey office development designed by Knox & Clayton Architects. The planning application for the development was submitted in December 2001 and approved in August 2002 following some amendments to the plans. The architects originally proposed a more modern building but following presentations to planners a more traditional option was selected.
