Bedford House is a 10 storey office building located at 16-22 Bedford Street. Built in the 1970’s the interior was completely refurbished in 1994 and the ground floor exterior was updated. In early 2007 further work began on replacing the building facade with new reflective glass panelling. New penthouse offices were also added on top of the first five floors to either side of the main ten storey block. This work was completed during 2008 by MSM Contracts.

Bedford House currently provides 75,200sq ft of office space on the upper floors and 7,300 sq ft of ground floor retail space.
