The Batik Building located within the Gasworks complex is a new build office building designed by Twenty Two Over Seven Architects. The building was completed in 2002 and in 2004 was the only Northern Ireland building to receive an RIBA Award. The building is constructed with a concrete frame and is clad in terne coated stainless steel, grey stained timber glass and white painted render. The building was designed to provide a showroom for Twenty Two Over Seven Architects related company; Batik Creative Design.
