A unique Belfast art deco style building situated at the end of Royal Avenue. The building has lay empty for some years now after the Bank relocated to a new building on Donegall Square at the beginning of 2005. The building is grade B+ listed (HB26/50/187). In 2010 discussions were held about setting up a Belfast Sports Museum within the building.
