Adelaide House is situated at 39 - 49 Adelaide Street, south of Belfast City Hall. The seven storey office building was developed by local developer Deramore in the mid 1990's and houses government departments. Designed by WDR & RT Taggart the 13,000sq ft building was constructed by Portview Construction over a period of two years from May 1995 to January 1997.
