The four-storey, steel framed, red-brick clad, 58,000 sq ft call centre, with 46 basement parking spaces, was developed by Dublin based developer Finbrook Investments for Abbey National. Work began in March 1998 and the development was one of the first to go ahead in the Mays Meadow development area. The building opened in April 1999 after completion by Henry Brothers Construction.
