The development is located to the left of Kids Store on Castle Street. The site was derelict for many years but a planning application was lodged in February 2009 to construct a four storey building which will provide a retail unit on the ground floor and offices on the three upper floors. The application has since been withdrawn by the applicatn in January 2010.
