The current proposal for the site, submitted in May 2007, has received outline approval for a design by Todd Architects. The 7 storey building will provide office, residential and retail space on a 0.44ha. site at 75 - 81 Castle Street.

1] In November 2006 permission was granted for the development of a five-storey office building with a ground floor retail unit at 75-77 Castle Street. [Z/2006/0758/O]

2] Plans by Kevin Fennell Design were submitted in 2007 for a 12 storey mixed use building.
