The five storey building at 65 - 67 Chichester Street was purchased by Deramore Property Group in 2003 and extensively refurbished inside and out [Z/2003/2589/F]. A planning application submitted by Deramore in December 2007 and approved in October 2008 allows for two additional floors to be added to the building to provide a seven storey office building. (ref: Z/2007/2909 [Architect: Milligan Reside & Larkin]). The building housed Deramore’s Belfast office from 2003 to 2008 until they moved to Montgomery House.
