The development was first submitted to the planners in August 2005 (1461/F) with 57 apartments proposed on the upper five floors and one retail unit and parking on the ground floor. The application since been re-submitted with amendments to replace the ground floor retail unit with three apartments. This has still to be approved.

The development will either include 54 apartments on floors 2 - 6 and parking and one retail unit on the ground floor, or 54 apartments on floors 2 - 6 and parking and three apartments on the ground floor.
