The development at 14 - 18 Great Victoria Street is a narrow 10 storey  replacement office building with ground commercial space and a set back rooftop plant room. Planning was applied for in April 2000 and approved in November 2000 for R & A Developments. Construction by Gilbert Ash commenced the following year in 2001.
