The development is located on a vacant site beside Sinclair Seamans Church on Corporation Street. Proposals will see the construction of a 14 storey apartment building with a ground floor commercial unit and basement parking.

The current proposal was developed as a result of the previous proposal submitted in December 2007 being refused in May 2009 [Z/2007/1314/F]. That application is currently subject to appeal and involved the development of a 15 storey apartment building with 51 units over three levels of parking (33 spaces).
