Welcome to futurebelfast.com.

Futurebelfast.com was established in January 2007 by Gary Potter. At this time Belfast was going through significant changes to its built environment and it was felt that this urban renewal should be documented in a public archive for future years.

Futurebelfast.com has always maintained free access and wishes to continue providing Belfast with an online archive documenting the city’s urban development. Gary continues to keep the futurebelfast resource operational and regularly expands and improves the information and visual content offered.

Futurebelfast.com invites users to debate Belfast’s built environment at twitter.com/futurebelfast and facebook.com/futurebelfast.

March 2013 Update: The first two "Browse by Street" pages have been added and a new "Regeneration Projects" section has been added. More updates to follow.

FutureBelfast.com is a free online built environment resource developed by Gary Potter to document the urban development of Belfast. The website is an independent resource with no connection to any organisation or government agency.
